Player Tracker tournament website software manages individual and group registration, product sales, sponsor/sponsorship promotion and management, team pairing and hole assignments, as well as many other administrative golf tournament management and financial reporting functions. All of this without downloading or uploading a thing - this is an on-line solution, so all of your data is securely hosted and stored in our data centers.
Your website consists of two distinct areas. There is the customizable public website where your golfers and sponsors will go to securely register for your tournament. The second area is an administrative control panel where tasks, including building your website, tracking your tournament progress, and participant and financial reporting features are managed and stored.
We offers two distinct service levels to meet every organizations' budget and needs.
Our Professional Edition includes three unique administrative log-ins, up to 300 event participants, enhanced email management, and an unlimited number of pages and product sales in your custom website. Many of our Professional Edition clients will also use our Auction module to help organize their on-line, live and silent auctions, as part of their golf tournament event.
Our Standard Edition includes one administrative log-in, up to 150 event participants, and eight pages in your custom website.
